Mr. Greaves was selected to help the Eau Claire Children’s Museum with Master Planning and Architectural Design Services for there move into a 23,100 GSF, three floor retail store. The project involved completing a master building plan for all three floors and creating a first floor move in plan. The move in plan will allow them to operate as a museum while giving them the necessary time to raise funds for the entire renovation of this building located in downtown Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
